Crystal Grids
with Donna Forbes and Hayley Kalimeris
Crystal Grid work is an amazing way to concentrate your mind on any project you may wish to undertake. They can be used for healing, sending love to a friend, to energise us, and even help us find that new job. Learn how to make crystal grids at home to support your personal life.
This series of eight workshops is set to coincide with the changes in our Earth's yearly cycle and we will work with different crystals each season to help us tune into this flow of energy.
The evening involves guided meditation with the help of intuitive music from Hayley Kalimeris.
Dates are all Wednesday evenings, 7.30pm

Monthly Meditation
Donna Forbes
This group is aimed at beginners and those who find it difficult to make time in their personal life to meditate. It includes techniques to stop the mind wandering and helps you find a short time each day to bring the shoulders down and relax.
The meditation practises will incorporate the elemental world, a deep connection to Earth, and acknowledgement of the spirit in all things.
This group meets on the second Friday each month
Dates: 13th September, 11th October, 8th November,
13th December
Time: 7.30pm
Contribution: £7 on the night or £20 if you are able to block book all four sessions in advance.
